Express Reports Diana Blood Results Were "Corrupted"

It's that day of the week again when the Daily Express leads with the latest 'allegations' surrounding the death of Diana, Princess of Wales. Today the paper is claiming to have discovered evidence that a mortuary manager fears Diana's blood results were "corrupted".
The paper, which critics have noted is run by Richard Desmond (a friend of Mohamed Al Fayed), is claiming to have seen the sworn affidavit of mortuary manager Robert Thompson. The legal document is alleged to show that he voiced his suspicions about the events surrounding the Princess's post mortem.
Thompson, who gave his first TV interview in last week's Sky One documentary, Who Killed Diana?, is said to recall: "When I got to the mortuary there were already a few men in suits who said they wanted to check the whole building for security. A routine PM {post mortem} investigation does not usually involve photography nor extensive sample-taking, but most importantly there is no police involvement."
"Police are normally only present and photography and extensive sample-taking involved in situations where the death is suspicious. In the case of both Dodi Fayed and Princess Diana, police were present and the examinations received the fullest possible treatment."
He is also said to be concerned about Diana's haematology results, claiming: "When her stomach was opened up there were signs of a recent meal and an extremely strong smell of alcohol. Indeed, it was so strong that it forced me to step back."
However, it's alleged that when the blood results from Diana were later revealed, they showed the Princess had no alcohol in her system. This led Mr Thompson to reportedly claim: "I find this unbelievable and it leads me to the conclusion that the blood sample had either been corrupted, or a false statement made."
The manager is also said to have noticed 'odd' behaviour by the Royal Coroner, Dr. John Burton, claiming: "Unusually, he frequently carries the file relating to Princess Diana's post mortem examination with him. The usual practice is for the file to be kept in his office."
At one point he reportedly heard the Royal Coroner exclaim of the planned inquest into Diana's death: "I have a good mind to hold the bloody thing and not tell anyone."
The Express quotes a source close to the ongoing investigation as saying: "It appears reports have been falsified. There have been many lies and much cheating in this inquiry. How is it possible for anybody to believe it was a simple road traffic accident? This was not an accident." _________________ Diana, Princess of Wales is and always will be The People's Princess.
